On Wednesday, 7th October, 2015, we held our annual Youth Trust grants presentation, when 15 grant awardees received certificate recognising their award and were interviewed by Trustee Cr Christine Paine. As always, Chris did an excellent job and even the quietest of the young awardees spoke confidently in response to her gentle “questioning’ re their aims achievements and future goals. As in past years, the presentation evening showcased the outstanding young talent we have in our community. Unfortunately, our 16th grantee, Connor Gennari could not attend, as he was in Westmead Hospital recovering from surgery to correct a spinal defect. We will ensure Connor is invited to a future Club meeting to receive his award.
