Tonight we present our 4th Paul Ochert Scholarship awardee, Xavier Shuttleworth to our members and guests. Xavier was School Captain of Windsor High last year and will commence studies for Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education (Primary) at Macquarie University this year.
