The inaugural Charity Race Day was held on 13th March, 2014 and raised more than $30,000 for distribution to selectedl charities and organisations, including our Windsor Rotary Youth Foundation Trust. This was followed in 2015 by another succesful event, with nearly $40,000 raised to provide funds to Westmead Children’s Medical Research Institute, Dream Cricket for Children with Disabilities, Police Legacy, our Youth Foundation Trust and other charities. On 25th February, 2016, our third annual Charity Race Day was held at Hawkesbury Racecourse at Clarendon. Almost $50,000 was raised and our major beneficiaries were our Youth Foundation Trust, Children’s Cancer Foundation, Westmead Children’s Medical Research and Prostate Cancer Foundation. A number of local organisations and community projects also benefited. Charity Race Days in 2017, 2018 and 2019 all raised well in excess of $50,000 for distribution to the nominated charities.

Unfortunately, our 2020 & 2021 Race Days were cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We were able to run the event in 2022, with our major benefactor being Pink Finns, a local group assisting cancer patients and their families in the Hawkesbury area. Funds raised were in excess of $40,000. The Club has decided not to arrange a Race Day in 2023.
