On Friday, 10th October, 2014, many of our members, partners and friends got together at Boots Bar & Bistro in Windsor for a Hat Day Breakfast. Hat Day is a Rotary initiative to raise awareness and funds for Mental Health Research.

Some strange an innovative headwear appeared on the morning and two awards were made by our President, John Gollan, who also had a wierd creation on his noggin. Ross Miller, from Miller’s Garden Centre won Best Hat and won a voucher from Miller’s Garden Centre???????? How lucky can you be? Rod & Marg Hartas won Best Hatted Couple and when Pres John gets around to it, they will be presented with a dinner voucher from Kravings at Kurmond.

All profits from the event were donated to Rotary Health and the Club added more to make the final amount a substantial donation.
